• Delivery Time: 7-14 business days

• Carrier: Royal Mail International

Note: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

I strive to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. However, international shipments sent by standard mail can sometimes encounter delays, especially during the busy holiday season. These postal delays are unfortunately out of my control.

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please reach out to me at hello@garypercival.com. I appreciate your patience and understanding with postal timeframes, particularly around Christmas. Rest assured, I will do my best to help track your package and get your delivery back on track.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Packaging

Special care is taken in the packaging of all my giclee prints. For all print sizes up to and including A3, they are dispatched in sturdy envelopes reinforced with an envelope stiffener to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

For giclee prints larger than A3, these are typically rolled and sent in broad 100mm diameter tubes (up to 3 prints per tube).

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that I am unable to ship to PO Box addresses and Pack Stations.

A Quick Heads-Up: If you reside in a more secluded location, I'll personally reach out to discuss any potential extra charges before moving forward with your order, typically within one business day.
