I'm absolutely thrilled you chose to shop with me. My goal is for you to be as in love with your new print as I was when I created it. But hey, we all have second thoughts sometimes. If you need to make a return, here's how to do it in a hassle-free way.

About My Prints

Every print I offer is printed on demand, just for you. Curious about the specifics? Don't hesitate to reach out before making your purchase!

Standard Return Policy

You've got a full 14 days from the moment your art piece arrives to decide if it's the one for you. To start the return process, just shoot me an email at hello@garypercival.com within those 14 days. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and why you'd like to return it, and I'll guide you through the next steps.

Quick note: My limited edition prints are super special and can't be returned, so choose wisely! Also, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Missed the 14-Day Window?

If you've gone past the 14-day mark, don't worry. Just email me at hello@garypercival.com, and I'll see what I can do on a case-by-case basis.

Holiday Cheer

If you've bought a gift during December, you've got an extended 30-day return window. For purchases made before or after December, the standard 14-day policy applies.

Damaged Items

If your print arrives less than perfect, please let me know right away. Email me some photos of the damage to hello@garypercival.com, and I'll make it right. Hold onto the damaged items until I sort things out.

Return Shipping Details

You'll be responsible for the return postage and cost. Please make sure your return is well-packaged and insured so it gets back to me in perfect condition. I recommend using a tracked service, as I can't take responsibility for items that get lost or damaged during their journey back.

If you can, please use the original packaging. If that's not an option, just make sure it's packed securely. Also, ensure the items are in "like-new" condition and unused.

Address & Collection Issues

I understand that sometimes orders accidentally get shipped to the wrong address. If your order is returned to me because it was sent to an incorrectly supplied address, please let me know, and I'll be happy to send it back out to you. However, I kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs for me to send it again since the original shipping was provided free of charge.

Additionally, local depots try their best to hold orders for customer pickup for a reasonable period of time. If your order gets returned to me because you were unable to collect it from your local depot, just reach out and I'll ship it back to you. I'll just need to include the shipping fee this second time.

I want your ordering experience with me to be seamless, and I will do my best to make any necessary returns and re-shipments as easy as possible for you. Please don't hesitate to contact me if your order doesn't reach you—I'm always happy to help get things sorted out!

Your Choices: A New Print or Your Money Back

Once your return arrives and passes my quality check, you can either swap it for another print or get a full refund. I'll process refunds within 14 business days—promise! However, depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a few more days for the refund to appear in your account.

Timeframe for Exchanges

If you decide to exchange your print for another one, once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll dispatch your new print within 3-5 business days. The exact time it takes for you to receive the exchanged item will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Refund Timeframe

While I ensure that I process your refund within 14 business days, the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account can vary. This is often dependent on your bank or credit card company's processing times, which can sometimes be out of my control. If you have concerns about the timeframe, I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company directly.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind before your order has been shipped? No problem! Just drop me an email at hello@garypercival.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, I'll cancel it and process a full refund. If it's already on its way, we can discuss the best way to handle the return.

International Returns
